Well George W. did his thing in Halifax and I must say I was impressed. He was lucid and I thought he expressed genuine emotion for the hospitality his countrymen received on Sept.11.
He didn't budge on his belief the missile shield would protect his country down the road and the fact that he believes getting a democratic foothold in Iraq will eventually speed up the process for freedom in the middle east.
Paul Martin was talking like a true Statesman. Makes me wonder how statesmanlike young Stephen Harper would have looked behind the podium. I think our relationship with the U.S will be a lot warmer now.
